Processing of personal data
1.The user expressly agrees:
1.1.to provide their personal data to DEVOREX EAD,
1.2.DEVOREX EAD may process, incl. to collect, store and use the personal data provided by the User.
2.DEVOREX EAD is obliged to process, incl. to collect, store and use the personal data provided by the User, only for the purposes described herein, and/ or in connection with an agreement signed between the User and DEVOREX EAD, as well as in the cases, when this is specifically required by the law.
3.DEVOREX EAD has the right to refuse registration for the use of the site, and for the provision of the offered services, if the User did not consent to the processing of his/ her personal data according to paragraph 1 above.
4.The user has the right to receive from DEVOREX EAD a confirmation whether personal data related to him / her is being processed and, if so, to access the data and the following information:
4.1.purpose of the processing;
4.2.the respective categories of personal data;
4.3.the ways of processing of personal data;
4.4.the existence of a right to require from DEVOREX EAD to correct or delete personal data, or to restrict the processing of personal data relating to the User, or to object to such processing;
5.Right to be deleted (right “to be forgotten”): The user has the right to request from DEVOREX EAD the deletion of the personal data related to him/ her without undue delay, and the administrator has the obligation to delete personal data without undue delay, unless this is in contradiction with the current legislation.
6.Right to Limitation of Processing: The User has the right to request from DEVOREX EAD to limit the processing of his/her personal data, if this is not in contradiction with the current legislation.
7.The user has the right to request DEVOREX EAD to correct inaccurate personal data related to him/ her, without undue delay. Considering the purpose of the processing, the User has the right to complete incomplete personal data, including by adding a declaration.
8.The user has the right to withdraw his/ her consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of consent-based processing prior to its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent is just as easy, as giving it.
9.DEVOREX EAD does not have the right to process the personal data for purposes, for which there is no given consent, namely: purposes other than those referred to in paragraph 2 above, except where expressly required by the applicable legislation.
10.Prior to the use of personal data for purposes other than those mentioned in paragraph 2 above, DEVOREX EAD undertakes to inform the User immediately and request his / her consent.
11.The user expressly agrees that DEVOREX EAD has the right to store on information system, or other terminal devices for access to the webpage, information about the user in the form of cookie – small text files, which are saved from a webpage via internet server on the hard disk of the User, and enable the recovery of information about the User, as well as tracking the user's actions.
12.DEVOREX EAD processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EC) 2016/679, GDPR). DEVOREX EAD observes all procedures for preventing unauthorized access and use of personal data, in accordance with the European legislation on the protection of personal data. In addition, DEVOREX EAD has implemented corporate procedures for the protection of the provided personal data, and uses measures with increased security, as well as technical and physical restrictions on the access and the use of personal data on its servers. Regarding the human factor in the processing of personal data - DEVOREX EAD gives access to personal data in the process of work only to authorized personnel.
13.DEVOREX EAD is committed to ensuring the integrity of the information containing personal data provided by the Users online. Disclosure of personal data is possible only in the cases provided by the legislation and in compliance with the statutory order.
14.DEVOREX EAD reserves the right to record, store and use any information necessary for its identification and reproduction of the statement of consent to the General Terms and Conditions, and the User expressly agrees to do so.
15.In case the User does not agree to submit his/ her personal data to DEVOREX EAD, and / or DEVOREX EAD to process his/ her personal data, then the User shall immediately discontinue the use of the site.
