DESIGN & ENGINEERING
Implementing the idea into 3d model designed by our engineers. Making recommendations to the functional and design requirements of the model, like: visual appearance, mechanical strength, usage of raw materials, cost minimization, technical defect avoidance. Design and construction of the production tooling for the ready product. Preparation of drawings and technical specifications of all components determine the materials used.
Rapid Prototyping
Production of prototypes by method of
3D printing
According to the Client and depending on the type of product can be produced a series of prototypes for initial introduction to key customers.
CNC machining
Used mainly in cases where there are defined mechanical requirements of prototype.
Tooling productions
After acceptance of the 3D models of the products and tooling, the next step is to put all drawings and ideas into real production. Methods used in the production of tooling: 5-axis milling, CNC turning, grinding, electric discharge machining (volume and wire), metal hardening, carbonitriding, hand polishing and assembly.
